How many charities can I donate to in my monthly subscription?
You can donate to as many charities as you wish! On the other hand, if you select a charity, you must give a minimum of 50p to that charity whilst it’s in your donations.
What does the star mean next to every charity?
Able has permitted you to keep your favourite charities close to you and easily accessible, with or without donating to them. By starring a specific charity, it automatically sends it to your favourites. You can access these at the bottom of the home page, or within your profile.
How long will it take Able to input new charities?
We want you to experience the platform to the best of its ability, which is why as soon as new charity data is sent to us; we make it a primary objective to input as soon as possible.
Where does my donation go between the charity and me?

On top of this, donation money is held in a separate account, within one of the most secure banks in the UK.

I’m not receiving any information regarding my donations, changes to the platform etc.?
Please look at your emails linked to your Able account, we keep all users up to date with where their donations are and if we are looking to update the platform in any way. If you are not receiving this, please contact info@abledonations.com
What is the timeline from my donations leaving my account to with my specified charities?
- Your donation will be leaving your account on the first working day of every month.
- You then have a 10-day soak period to make sure the charities you choose are correct with the right amount donated.
- Your charities are locked in on the 10th of every month.
- Able then transfers your donated money to all your specified charities!
